Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped. 

NoonVao has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. 

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your account in the amount of the charge. 

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our Exchange Policy will apply. 

NoonVao may cancel orders if

• the item is out of stock, 
• price errors ,
• the product does not fulfil quality checks
• or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
